What Is a Viewing Trip?

A viewing trip is the best way to explore both the Spanish property market and the region you’re interested in.

In just three days, you’ll get a realistic impression of the available new build projects, the local lifestyle, and your options.

Example of a 3-Day Viewing Trip

Day 1 – Arrival and First Impressions

We’ll personally pick you up at the airport and take you to your accommodation. After a short introduction to the area, it’s time to start exploring – perhaps a terrace, a sea view, and then your first property visits.

Based on our previous conversations, we’ve prepared a selection of homes that match your wishes and budget. On average, we’ll visit between 3 and 6 properties per day, depending on travel time and your arrival schedule.

In the evening, we’ll drop you back at your accommodation so you can relax and reflect on the day’s impressions.

Day 2 – Explore the Region and Refine Your Choices

After a good night’s sleep, we’ll pick you up again and continue exploring. We’ll visit new properties and show you more of the surrounding area – beaches, villages, shops and restaurants – so you get a real feel for daily life.

Around midday, we’ll enjoy lunch together at a local restaurant, the perfect moment to discuss your impressions and preferences.

Often by this stage, there’s already one property that feels just right.
Because we’re locally based, we can act quickly when needed:

Day 3 – The Final Step (or the First of Your New Life)

Depending on your flight schedule, we’ll tailor this day to your situation.

Already found the one? Then we’ll use the time to finalize everything: sign contracts, arrange payments, or even visit a furniture or interior shop for inspiration.
